John Smedley has released a gender-neutral capsule collection range called The Singular collection which is designed to fit and flatter every body. Smedley claim that The Singular garments have an exclusive body shape – on men, provide a flattering and timeless slim fit, whilst women will find that the collection delivers a popular oversized look.
The collection has grown from two styles – a crew neck sweater and tee – to nine styles, all with signature texture, fit and earth toned colour palette. One feature exclusive to Singular styles compared to Smedley’s other offerings is the tactile honeycomb texture which adds to the comfort of the slick designs.
As with all of John Smedley’s knitwear, the collection is designed, manufactured, and produced in their factory in Lea Mills, Derbyshire, where they still adhere to traditional flat-bed knitting techniques combined with the latest technology to deliver luxurious, hand-finished garment designed to stand the test of time.
