Three of the Best – Deodorants

Growing up I used a mix between spray deodorants and roll-ons. As a teenager there was of course the usual foray into the world of various Lynx fragrances. However, I came to learn that I just wanted a deodorant to keep me fresh rather than give me any sort of fragrance – I want to leave that to my eau de toilets and perfumes. The past few years I’ve been blessed at being able to trial a few leading deodorants while also experimenting with some of my own choices. The following selection are what I would say are the best out on the market right now.

Malin + Goetz Eucalyptus Deodorant

A natural deodorant formulated with refreshing eucalyptus extract and odour-neutralising citronellyl that has been developed for all skin types. Both alcohol and aluminum-free, it helps work with the body and build a ‘natural equilibrium’ allowing the deodorant to effectively eliminate odour. Subtle eucalyptus fragrance. – Eucalyptus deodorant £18

Anthony Alcohol-Free Deodorant

One of the first ‘premium’ deodorants I invested in getting several years ago and have always been impressed with what Anthony do. Originally Anthony Logistics, they’ve got rid of their ‘logistics’ part and kept things personable. This fragrance and alcohol free deodorant is made with natural ingredients, with herbal and botanical extracts which helps to deodorise and prevent odour throughout the day. They say the aluminium free formula prevents under-arm staining – I’ve never had any issues. – Alcohol Free Deodorant – $18
